Tony Barnard

Tony has been a counsellor since 1992 and a Registered Psychologist since 2001. Tony has worked in education (special, primary, pre, secondary, tertiary) and in private practice. Tony works with children, adolescents and adults with drug, alcohol and gambling issues, negotiation, mediation, disability, image consultancy, life coaching, crime, child protection, and more. Tony also works with individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties and has years of experience working with Employee Assistance Programs. Tony uses tools from many different approaches with BT, CBT, Psychodynamic and solution focused being his primary. His main focus is to give his clients options and choice.    

Ms Sharon Southwell - Clinical Psychologist

Sharon is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience working with adults experiencing stress, depression, and anxiety conditions, as well as trauma, sleep difficulties, addictions, interpersonal difficulties and bereavement. Sharon uses CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, therapy to support behavior change, and mindfulness-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, in a combination tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.

Ms Fiona Henrich - Clinical Psychologist 

Fiona is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with specialist training in clinical diagnosis, CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Over the past 7 years, Fiona has consolidated her counselling experience in the employment service and education sector. She has also facilitated group therapy in hospital settings and provides counselling for adults and families. Fiona has specialised experience treating anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, trauma and workplace/schoolyard bullying. Fiona’s therapeutic orientation is from a holistic approach and she uses a variety of methods to instil transformation, healing, wellness and positive change.

Ms Emma Foy

Emma is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years experience providing therapy within private practice. Emma has specialised in areas such as anxiety, trauma, workplace stress and bullying, career counselling, pain/injury and disability related issues. 

Ms Kathleen Ager 

Kathleen is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She has 18 years experience in counselling children, adolescents and adults, in particular in areas relating to depression, anxiety, trauma and vocational and employment issues. Kathleen has worked in schools and in government agencies, as well as private practice and with Employment Assistance Programs.

Kathleen cares deeply about people and is passionate about enabling them to rise above the issues they face. Her approach involves engaging clients to develop strategies to assist them in overcoming challenges, reaching potential and making the best of what life has to offer. She believes that, with appropriate guidance and support, everyone has the power to change their life for the better. Kathleen uses techniques derived from CBT, ACT, EMDR and Hypnotherapy to assist her clients in doing so.

Miss Monica Liston

Monica is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), with experience working within a variety of mental health settings. Monica specialises in treating mood disorders, anxiety, suicidality and self-harm, relationship issues, behavioural change, and transitional life changes. With a focus on identity and strength-based techniques, Monica uses Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. Monica is experienced working with a broad range of people from adults to young adults, adolescents and the LGBTIQ community.
